By using any of our services, or displaying our Seal Of Approval you agree to all of the following:
- The Registry of Web-Based Businesses makes no warranty or guarantee of effectiveness of services. There is no warranty of the availability of services.
- All information you submit shall be factual. Deliberate misrepresentations will result in being banned from the site and, in some cases, may have to be reported to law enforcement for prosecution.
- If entering into negotiations to resolve a complaint, responsibility of terms of settlement rests solely in the parties rests with the person or persons filing the complaint and the business. The Registry of Web-Based Business will attempt to provide contact information to the parties. The Registry of Web-Based Business will make no other efforts to resolve the dispute.

- Businesses shall deliver their product or service in the condition and timeframe agreed upon. Bait and switch or unauthorized substitutions are unacceptable business practices. If conditions have changed since the order was placed and those services for products are not available anymore, the business must contact the client and provide options.

If difficulties arise, businesses must be willing to communicate readily and in good faith with the customer in order to arrive at a mutually-satisfactory solution to the complaint or issue. Note: the responsibility of services provided by Registry Of Web-Based Businesses is specifically limited to informing that business or customer slash client of the best contact information that the client slash customer and business has provided to Registry Of Web-Based Businesses.
- Possible Consequences: if, at any time, Registry Of Web-Based Businesses believes that the registered business is no longer operating in compliance with these terms and conditions, Registry Of Web-Based Businesses may remove the business from the registration and inform them that they must stop displaying our seal, name, our website on any of their documents, either electronic or other media. The decision we'll be made 100% by Registry Of Web-Based Businesses and that decision is not negotiable or appealable. If a business has been notified that it may not participate in our program or display our seals, name, or web address, it is specifically prohibited from registering under any other name, or re-registering with the same business name. Using the services of this site grants the disclosure of any information you provided to any party. We may use this information to attempt to resolve the complaint/issue, to display results of resolution attempts, and to promote this site and it's affiliates. The Registry of Web-Based Business reserves the right to change any part of the terms and conditions without notice, including charges for services.
- If any part of this terms and conditions agreement is determined to be illegal by any court, the remainder of the agreement remains intact and enforceable.
