ROWBB.org believes that reasonable people want to work differences into solutions, whether the reasonable persons are individual consumers or executives, managers, or employees of businesses run by real people.

We endeavor to facilitate civil dialogue between persons sincerely interested in resolving disagreements. While we recognize that some will not enter into a sincere conversation with a mutual goal of finding win - win solutions, most will. For those who are willing to find mutually beneficial resolutions resolutions can and will be completed.

We do not guarantee results; only that we will attempt to have the business negotiate.

ROWBB does not employ attorneys; does not act as arbitrators or mediators nor enter into legal proceedings. The only service we render is to offer the opportunity to enter into dialogue.

Important info.

Our services are free to individuals. Businesses will incur a small fee to help reduce the cost of interdiction. Although our fees are paid by businesses, we favor neither the consumer nor the business.

Once dialogue has been initiated, it is up to the two participants to reach agreement. Usually, we rely on the consumer to indicate that a satisfactory resolution has been reached. If the consumer indicates a satisfactory resolution, is will be registered as "Resolved". Otherwise is will be registered as "Pending" for 45 days, then it will be listed as "Unresolved".
